I think you're suppose to say why is it a bad idea.

I disagree because it was changed to the lunar spell book.  To have it come back I think it would be OP because Vengence + Ice barrage would seem unfair, I like it the way it is.

I completely disagree with this and I highly doubt that it would come no matter who agrees with it. It is meant to be as it is now and it will stay like that.
