The last update to GE made it take average prices between buy price and sell price and was meant to make the GE more fair for the seller.

I thought that it might also be useful to set general store price as the minimum price in GE and if possible then GE could be made to function as the general store to make it even more "fair" for the seller.
What I'm proposing is basically that if an item is sold then the game first checks for whether there are any buying offers that it could match to and if there aren't any then it checks whether the selling price is equal to the general store price and if it is then it's sold to the general store.

If that's not possible then just set the minimum price to be 1 more than the general store price, so that people would know that they are not getting ripped off when they are too lazy to check the general store price for each item.
