A slkillcape is a cape that shows off a big achievement.
Completing 2quests  isn't a big achievement..

I do not support your idea, sorry. 
There are only four quests in Emps-World, and they are all fairly easy to complete. 

However, if you were to modify your suggestion so that the quest cape had highly prestigious requirements, similar to the trimmed completionist's cape in Runescape, I would support the idea.

I'd support what Fate has said as it is rather to easy to complete the quest.

i know but thomy well make more quest and the quest we have there is hard quest....and he can make some quest to wear armurr idk but we can start in this. it will be awesome

I dont think there will come more 'big' quests and therefor i dont support your idea.
Now it aint a big deal to finish the already existing ,easy, quests.
