Pickpocketing limpwurt seeds

Make them pick pocketable from regular farmers since they only have a 44 farming requirement. That's it.

I wouldn't mind this, but they should be quite rare. Devaluing the loot from hill giants might hurt new players.

Super strengths are vital to training herblore at some point so limps will always have a demand. Either than that new players can pickpocket the seeds for faster limpwurts which will still hold their value.

Super strengths are also already the cheapest super pots out there because of that. They're pretty much worthless compared mage and range
