Mort Myre Fungus + Potato Cactus

Would it be possible to make Mort Myre Fungus and Potato Cactus Always a noteable drop? This would make them more appealable in general. The fact that they take up 1 inventory space per Fungus/Item makes it so that a lot of players just don't pick them up. Because you need these items for rather high levels of herblore (great amount of them) this can be a nice solution to get them in a faster way, which would also attract more people to selling them.
This has been suggested before by simonyoda3 but he didn't make a topic about it. I hope this gets implemented.

I think it'd get way too common that way. You can always go with another account and pick them up.

It's been suggested a few months back. I think it is a good idea.
As long as the drop rate stays the same, I don't see it affecting the community in any negative ways.
