Mobile friendly wiki

I'm here to suggest a more mobile friendly wiki. By this, I mean the layout being more suitable on your phone. I have no statistics, but I am pretty sure a chunk of players are checking wiki from mobile.

Since our wiki is created using MediaWiki, there are some extensions that make the job for it easier.

I personally don't have much of a problem using wiki on my mobile device, but I think this would be nice to implement. :o
