about making price list for all items because i see players selling item 2m and next day 1m then next day 500k.

No prices are set... you just have to bargain over a price you and they agree with. I'm sure it'll be made after everyone gets a bandos set and it drops to 2m/piece

Ofcourse prices will go down, because there's a lot of people killing monster to get their bank built again.
but it will balance in a few weeks..

Prices crash since the economy isn't built just yet. Takes couple months until it's stable, only then we can have a final price list which won't have to be updated every day.
