So you can pay 1k to decant every single potion in your bank? You could probably sell off the empty vials to people that want to make vials of water, at this point the 1k coins cost becomes completely redundant. No thank you.

It is already redundant as fuck. You need to have potions worth over 100M for those 1k fees to cumulate to 1M.

Otto's correct: The cost of decanting is about as impactful as the fare to go to Neitiznot Island.  I don't have any major issues with decanting noted pots, but perhaps raise the cost to 1k per pot.  That way, it does have some impact but is still cheap enough to not dissuade people from using the feature.

Adding to this: I'm simply suggesting a quality-of-life improvement. I'd rather see players playing the actual game instead of decanting potions.
