well you did sound like one.

At least 15 players is over 10% of our peak playercount, and during EU night time there might not even be that many players in game. This won't succeed and would be a total waste of time.

then you can do it each game 5 players or so and making the map smaller, or just having a complete different map, like we can use some unreachable islands in emps.
