Increase Speed Rate @ Shop

I think that the speed rate for items should go up -.-
Waited approximately 3 min and 30 sec for the Sapphire Necklace to get from 0 quantity to 5 -.- WTF????
I personally think that that's too long and the amount of time should be lowered.
Any thoughts?

i don't even know would this make economy better or ruin it even more, because the economy swings on one deniz, bassels or other rich hoarder hand.
i'm staying neutral on this one.

Making Games Necklace lol. Going from W1 to W2 = only 10. Then you have to wait for more.

Agreed to a certain extent. The spawn time for items in shops at the moment is freaking ridiculous, but having the spawn time increase too much will absolutely crush the economy (alching-wise).

Spawn times should definitely get a small buff in my opinion.
