Hey! I guessed there would be system that will broadcast or yell idk when any player achieves 99 level in any skill and 200m xp.. So that was my idea. :)

i like it the idea, sounds great and not that hard to code either
every player that achieve 200m xp on a skill should be shouted (yelled)
that will be nice and i think it might even motivate players to get 200m xp!

getting 200m xp should definitely be yelled automatically! i love this idea.. getting 99 would spam it tho so no 99s. just 200m xp!

This could waste development time, as Charr has stated so I think Thomy should invest more time into more important features, if I am being honest.

don't know if was on scape or world but it has definitely been suggested before, and I agree as I have done on every other topic. To prevent spamming with lamps maybe a system where you can for example only have a stat announced twice, at 99 and at 200m.
