I like this idea it is nice to have a healer in rimm, because of blue dragons etc.

After the falador quick teleport was removed, it has been almost completely deserted anyway.
Even if something interesting were to be added there, getting there would always require teleport tabs, unless it would get its own teleport to for example tyras guard.
