You don't simply suggest adding an item but the way its gonna be introduced, how to get it, what it requires etc...

While I'm a fan of introducing more weapons for range/mage.
Hand cannon could lead to a lot of range rushing.
It's basically a ranged Gmaul.

If it gets tweaked so it doesnt 1shot everyone though, it should be fine.

to be honest i would prefer this 100%, but there's no reason why both could be added, but i would only sign up for hand cannon if it would be really weak.

There already are some pretty OP ranged weapons, would only agree with this one if you'd be a bit lower lvl ranged weapon.
