Maybe it would be a smart idea to update them? You could as well just link a guide on the forum to it so when you click on it, you open a new window showing you the guide on Emps-World forum. Because they are outdated.

Can't say no to this. Don't forget about agility too though. Letting it open up a guide isn't too great of an idea, they often go unupdated after long periods of time.

I'd also like to point out that clicking on prayer puts you in the 'special' tab. And clicking hitpoints doesn't open up one.
