Fixed screen on "OpenGL" client

Well I can't use fixed screen option on Opengl client. I lagg so hard (12-14 fps, in falador 4-7 fps). Well fixed screen is much better then my fps goes up (20+). Please fix it fast, I can't play this server very often. So laggy, I cant even PVM, only skill but badly.

I liked the fixed client idea as I lag a little when I just resize my client.
