increase feather stock in fishing shop cause it's only 1k per world very hard to get em for fletching, also at ge no1 sell em.

That's actually ~3.3k  chickens.

The store's stock is absolutely fine. It's not supposed to supply such amounts you're talking about.
As Il Skill L already told you, kill chickens. You could also try Armadyl GWD, they stack up quite quickly.

Also you shouldn't expect such things to buy instantly in GE. You have to be patient on such transactions :)
