Does this really matters ??!!

well as lots of matches end up both sides die at the same time and one of them get the loot randomly what about if they both dies at the same time it give them +20 hp so only one of them die as it will be fair enough for both and it will be this way each time the two sides dies at the same time they keep getting 20 hp to continue
it's hard i know but it will be great solution

IMO a better idea is that both players just get their items back.

staking is at own risk, even deaths are pretty fun. Even when you lose a 10b stake exactly that way.
I suggest to not do anything about it!

I believe that, technically, one of you does die first; it's just too small a margin for you to notice.

I disagree because, when you enter a stake, your fate_{(yes, I did just say that)} has already been decided -- it's not as much of a "chance" occurrence as one might think. It's basically predetermined.
