To add a tab:Use last rules. Into duel that would be nice.

Teleport to the grand exchange, talk to the Tyras guard, have him teleport you to the duel arena.
Or you could use a ring of dueling.
All easy ways to get to the duel arena. This would be a pointless addition in my opinion, no thanks.

use last rules is not a teleport, its basically 1 click to set previously selected duel options (armour off, prayer off ..etc)
