I would like to suggest this that all skills can be involved in the daily tasks.
like, Prayer, bury 100+ (bones, dragon bones, frost bones, ETC..)
and construction is to make some tables etc..
thieving could be pickpocket some guards stalls, farmers too.
or maybe hunter, to catch salamanders birds or idk.
anyway, that is my suggestion is to make all skills as daily tasks involved.

Also, about the Farming daily quest, I always get to plant torstol seeds, now i'm out of them and it keeps poping about the same daily quest.
would like to see other high seeds such as dwarfs, lantadyme's and watermelons, also saplings such as magic and spirits.

Well, as for high tier vairety tasks, its all randomized. And all tasks have skill capping as well.

But in general i wouldnt mind having more different skill daily tasks
