Just wondering why corrupt items protecs over d claws? could that be changed? please.. and thanks...

probably corrupt items cost more at general store then claws and if you use anciant item they became (deg) I think that  also contributes :) I'm not sure about that .

That's kinda how it's supposed to be. Player kills you in Wilderness -> gets ancient energy for the charges you had to keep his armor/weapons up.

If you are using the armor in PvM, just get a guardian angel to protect you items.
