Construction XP Rates

Release the xp rates of Construction, so everyone can get the materials that are needed for 99.

Also, will the Blast Fusion Hammer work for Construction?

To be honest, I think the blast fusion hammer suggestion would be nice and should be considered when construction actually gets added. I do not agree with them telling us the experience before the skill is released however.
