Maybe this was suggested, i dont know really. But i will try.

I think need more privilegies for clan owners. Need clan ranks, owners can give/remove ranks to players in clan.

Just needed ranks in clans.

Been suggested, yes.

And yup clan ranks would really help improve getting rid of all those spammers and annoying people that do offensive stuff intentionally.
