Is there any particular reason chaos dwarfs don't have any drops at all?

I would quite like to see some low level herbs and runes added in here along with bones, gives a bit more purpose to doing them as a slayer task

it's not a bad idea ofcourse but still, even if chaos dwarfs would get drops i dont think anyone would care about picking up a few marrentils and guams.

O-T maybe not but it's a low level slayer task, so at least make it a bit more worthwhile than no drop whatsoever
