It is an item which crushes your bones even then u haven't picked them up

What xp rates should be?
I'll suggest 60%-80% of original xp of the bone.

Where we could get it?
I have only 2 common places : Clan wars shop or slayer point shop

Tradetable or not
I would love to if they would not be tradetable.

Charges :
Charges will depend on price they will cost ( slayer points or cw tokens )
Maybe if slayer shop: 15500 cost and 300-500 bone crushes
I don't play  clan wars i don't know prices of items there so  i'll left this empty

Why i suggested this ?
Because it's annoying then u get slayer tasks like wyverns or dragon so you always have full bag of food and there is no space for bones. So leaving bones on the ground would be waste of prayer xp.

Bonecrusher has been suggested a few times before, adding it to the slayer shop as well.
I'd keep the exp rates at 100% though, since i'd rather pick up and bury than lose 40% exp and have that done for me.
It isn't a bad thing though, so it still has my support.

Is that so hard to:
Leave 1 empty spot in your inventory before going to trip?
After killing just drop your food, loot and bury bone, take your food again?

By doing a few clicks you won't lose 40% of all prayer xp.

Players are lazy afaik. (not everyone, but most of them)

It wouldn't be worth using considering you can just leave a spot open in your inv to pick up & bury bones in.
I wouldn't pay slay points over and over if I didn't get the full exp from the bones, i'd much rather bury them manually.
If it doesn't degrade however, then it should be fine having a lower exp rate.
