Banking, Saving X amount

Just like Runescape, when you take out X amount from the bank or anywhere, it saves. Would be much useful for skillers. Wouldn't do any harm to the game either.... I think.

I know this is digging old posts up but I really think this should be added into the game and it shouldn't be too hard to do so ;)
