I'm pretty sure it would be in this revision...

Could there be the addition of Bandos, Armadyl, Ancient rune armor sets, this would help people wanting to do GWD with lower wealth in game.

The term "useless" is actually really invalid right here, say berserker accounts are training slayer and they get an avansie task they need to kill them but they'd get attacked by them all wasting their food and such.

It isn't useless.  Hayden is making a great point here, people can do GWD with low level armor, so they risk much less.  So, the GWD creatures don't attack you while you walk around.
