Add Ranking to User Hiscores

In the "Find player" popup, it should show Ranking next to each skill.

However, I don't want the 'ranking' to be random as retarded like the last one, where the person who got 200m xp last was top.

I agree, because it makes it easier to know the current rank of the skill you are looking for, instead of searching for the ranks in each skills.
