As all know, a server without players equals to nothing. This means, A server with a lot of players equals to  more enjoyable time because there will be a lot to do.

Advertising a server is most important to its success.

My idea would be to advertise Emps-world on Sites like "runelocus" or Rune-server". These sites are special for private servers.  So how are we going to get on toplist to bring more players to join Emps world? Well it's very easy. The toplist is based on "votes" where people can vote once ever 12h using same Ip.
Emps have 200+´active members which means it will be easier for us to hit 1-10 toplist within days.
So how are we going to make Emps-players to Vote?
There are few ways.
1. Adding 5 min double exp
2. Adding 1h membership
3. Adding a shop with vote items( not tradeable),needs effort.

Each vote will give you access to one of the 3 suggestions above.

What will this bring Emps-world?
1. More people to join
2. Makes people enjoy their time more.
3.More donations to server as more people will join.
4. Helping poor and new players to start.

Idea is good

I support the voting idea, actually most people who browse the RSPS sites look at the voting ratio.

If we could get like 2m cash per vote system or I don't know, like a worthy prize, then yes, people will be motivated to vote ^_^

yes it is really weird that emps doesn't have a voting system while other crappy rsps's have it and as a result having many players to join their crappy servers. and btw you must have given it quite a thought, because the rewards are really reasonable and emps-like

The only reason why Emps has never had a voting system, is because Thomy and Arc never wanted to bribe people to vote. Another reason why they never added a voting system, is because there will be way too much cash flowing through the economy if you could get 2m for just clicking a button.

Now with this system you're suggesting; People won't gain anything of value, just Decorational/Combat items, or they'll get a small time of account 'buffs'.

Not sure if they had a voting system at the end of Emps-Scape.
Though I do know we had a Facebook page which we could Like.

To motivate the players to like the page there was an X-amount of Likes set in order to achieve a Double experience or Free membership weekend

Not sure if I support this kind of voting system though.

If I remember correctly, Thomy has strictly said he will not make a voting reward system.
