Here I have 2 suggestions regarding the Emps-World forums:

1. "Official Guides" thread.

This was including in the old Emps-Scape forum, which I'm sure most of you old players remember. It was an extremely useful thread, which separated all the good quality guides from the rather poor effort guides (no offence to some of you), which was essential to beginners who were clueless about the game and were trying to find "proper" guides.

2. "Show new quote replies to your post" added to the Bright Forest theme.

As shown here, there are two wonderful features contained in the Bright Forest theme forum, "Show unread posts since last visit" and "Show new replies to your posts":



I strongly believe it would be a great idea to add a new feature, which shows new quotes to your replies. I am unaware of how hard this will be to add, nor do I think it is that necessary. However, I do think it would be a great add on to this theme, as it would make it easier to see what other players have quoted about your say in a topic.

Both of these suggestions seem like great additions.

However, people who made mediocre guides, and still put in their best efforts will be upset about not being in the "Official Guides" thread. But I guess if they made a bad guide, they have to either improve it, or deal with it.

That's their luck then. Some guides in that section do have a lot of effort but are not even necessary. Thank you for the feedback!

The official guides wasn't a thread it was a sub-forum inside of the Guides section, if that is what you meant (which I think it is) I absolutely agree with having it.

I always loved how the old forums were set out and would like to have some of the old features back if possible.

I'd like to see who's quoted my replies so I can reply back for more post count. :joshiee:

i agree with both of these, trying to sort through guides is a pain and at least you will know when to reply to someone

I think this is a good place to ask, how do you even change themes?
