Regarding this, I think the wilderness speaks out for itself already. Being there means anyone could kill you no matter what the circumstance is. If you don't wish to get killed, then you simply don't be there. Therefore I have to disagree on this one.

getting ragged in wildy is rather annoying.

Id improve the idea a bit and have a max of 1 or 2 spots in the black list.
To blacklist a person it would cost 1m and to remove 4m. (5m in total, quik mafs)

i see a nice coin sink

maybe could be good if like members in clan chat couldnt be attackeable when doing wars that would be comfortable in pk wars, ofc except official emps world cc but like a clan creates his own cc and all who is in that cc are unable to attack as they are clan members

I can't disagree more with this idea, I am sorry. The point of being in wilderness it the chance to getting rushed, being killed while doing PvM and so on. You would totally block out some pkers which isn't the idea of wilderness.
