They do not make signatures, but they definitely know what to look for and what makes a signature good. Also, the way the decision is made is by me discussing each judge's top picks individually, and from there, I make the final decision. I greatly value their input, and it's helped make the decisions a lot easier, but we do not use a voting system. So far, all of the judges have done phenomenal jobs at picking out the good and bad in the signatures, as well as taking my feedback. So if you think the winners that are selected aren't the right ones, you have only me to blame.
