Nah. Vibrant Colors is basically using colors that pop out to the eye. Such as Neon Colors (Neon Yellow, Green, Cyan, Purple, etc.).

Yes, yours does.  There are many different approaches for this theme; the example that I posted is just one approach.

Does mine fit the theme?

Yes, it does fit the theme; however, I would recommend that you should use more diversity in regards to colours.  The goal is to make the colours stand out and be clear, but if the entire signature is the same shade and hue, you lose the ability to achieve that effectively.

Rin Okumura is a great character for this theme, so try to play more to that render's strengths instead of hiding it.
