I haven't noticed this.  However, in SOTW #12, Matrix had a similar problem where his signature's quality seemed worse on the forums (using Bright Forest) than when in Photoshop, but that's most likely because of the extreme change of contrast (PS's dark-grey to Bright Forest's light-green).

Maybe try a different layout?
