The best one is the first one, but even I would not pay more than 3M for it...

Doesn't even take a minute to make something like that, so I don't think that anyone else would either.
Google for image, copy, paste, type name, cut, add glow and done.
I tried it for this post, took me more than a minute only because my crappy laptop takes nearly a minute to open Photoshop. The rest was less than a minute. Might've taken more if I had cared to look for a decent image, but even then it's unlikely that it would have taken over a minute to make it.
