took be about three to four hours approx, can't tell exactly. did this with full karil's and a salve amulet. interestingly eunogh, got killed only once. people tried a lot though lol

He used good gear. Full Karils has insane dps in pvm and adding the salve amulet bonus onto that makes for hyper fast kills.

It was quite simple, i'll be honest. I did not need to pray either, karils has decent defence. I was using the following gear to do this:
Karil's set, ring of vigour, Sgs, barrow gloves, ranger boots ava's and salve amulet.
I sometimes managed to even kill them with less than 20 seconds, just because karil's can often even hit 50-55 with the special set effect and salve.
Pkers however, i escaped easily because of having a good shield in my inventory. I used a blessed spirit sheild, any shield is really strong against magic. Also, kept about 6-10 (4) brews in my inventory at all times.
I highly suggest using  Sgs if you were to try this.

Onyx (e) is worse than dbolts (e) on revenants, tested a bit.
Also if you have dfs you can almost double your kills per trip.

Dfs + dbolts(e) were op asf.
Basically whatever you use is op with salve, so getting most kills per trip would be a better way to go imo.
