"Unable to reach server. Connected to the Internet?"

title says all.

I can join world 2 without any problems, it runs perfectly fine as it is meant to. However, when I want to join world 1 on whatever account, it says the message: "Unable to reach server. Connected to the Internet?". This is really, really, really annoying.


Any help please?

EDIT:
I can enter world 1 on a different network than mine. It might have something to do with my internet configuration.

Try re-installing? I don't know if troubleshooting still exists, but it may be and option to solve this.

Never faced such thing tho^

Everyone will tell you this: re-download your cache, check your connections, re-load your client, I'm sure none of this will work

In my opinion it's your client it self, i'd suggest you to download the last version of client, if you already got the older one, If you already have the last version of client, then there's a problem with connections between the world 1 and your client, which only an high admin can help you with this.

Edited: Which client do you use the OpenGL client or the classic one?

Re-installing or whatever does not work, otherwise I wouldn't be able to enter world 2. Regarding the client; I use OpenGL at the moment, already tried the classic version too; nothing works whether I am playing on the webclient or downloadable client.

Already said, if none of this works, You need to wait for an high admin, I'm not sure but i think it's a connection between the client and the server which it's the world 1.

Some widely used IP address was banned from the server yesterday due to too many connection attempts. I've of course lifted this automated, temporary ban. In our next update I'll disable this automated protection feature.
