I am sorry, but you won't get a "refund".  You could have picked that item up on an alternate account, had a friend pick it up, or even managed to tele-tab out and run back to loot it yourself.

"Refunding" you in this case is not an option, as far as I'm concerned.

Dude . I clicked to pick it. and i stucked at wall. And there was morning. All my friends were offline. I already said. tablet didint work.

Teletabs work up to lv 30. I'm sorry but the drop won't be refunded. Did you manage to get out of the wall yourself by now?
