Do you see the loot from the guy I killed anywhere? I couldn't find it for a good 30 seconds. I eventually found it on the tile directly south-east from where my character is standing in the gif. It porbably happened because small items, such as empty vials, were on top.

I can't see any items on the ground in that gif. I've increased the clicking areas for the ground items though. Some items are just small, we cannot re-model everything.
