Client problem.

No idea where else to post this, move it if it's wrong section pls.

Anyway, I have a client problem and it only occurs on my sisters laptop, which is odd..When I try to login using the desktop or the webclient a black screen shows up and 1 sec later it automatically logs me out, tried reloading, relogging, deleting cache etc..I dunno what else to try.  Any tips?
