i lost my tasset by pressing that bank all item botton i was full inv and i banked all my items and when i go bank in bank to take items out i was not seeing my tasset in the bank i search it and i also search it manually but i dont see it in my bank i'm worried :/

Banking all items with a full inventory isn't causing any troubles for me. I'm also not losing any items that way. Can you provide me some more information on what exactly happened? And if you've really lost your bandos boots, can you tell me where you've received them from? I can check the logs and see where they went.

Are you a member? Because I know that normal players are unable to use bank tabs 6-9 (although it could be 5-9, not exactly sure).

The server won't let you bank anything in tab 6 if you are not member. Did you check all your other tabs? How many bandos tassets did you have before you lost these ones?
