This should be simple to follow, and it won't be a book to read either.
With private chat now you can only use the same color when private messaging someone, a cyan color.
I'm suggesting that you get the option to change it to a different color if you choose like red, yellow, purple, etc. I believe Runescape use to have a feature like this and it was always fun to mess with.
If you don't know what I am talking about when I say the color on your private message, look at the picture below.

This feature could be changed within the 'tools section' on your tool belt. Pictured below. I'm not sure which setting it would be under, but these are the two that it could potentially be under.

Sorry, I lied this might be a book. I came up with another suggestion while making this one.
This suggestion would be being able to change the font of your private messages.
Thoughts?

Not sure what it looked like before, but from what I see now it looks great.
I could see this most useful for newcommers if they have any confusion with the GE.

Will items that are not ing be removed?  I realize that there is no harm having them since you can't buy them if there is not a seller, but say you are very tired and are buying something but click and unavailable offer and don't get on for a day or two then you have successfully wasted your time.  So, I halfway suggest for these items to be removed although I figure that would take quite a bit of time.

I believe he is working on removing all untradeables from the grand exchange, as well as "stacks of armor" like Dh sets, Guthans, etc.

I'm suggesting that when you're at any banker in the world and you right click and select "collect' it allows you to see the pending items you have in the GE, collect any items you've sold in the GE, collect items you've bought from the GE, and withdrawal sales that you've put into the GE.
This will make it easier for players if they are in Karamja or Catherby or some place away from the GE it will save them the hassle of teleporting to the GE then having to use different teleports to get back to the place they were at. This would be most sufficient for skilling accounts.
Below is a picture of what I mean by the 'collect' option.
