Duradel has more risk with it, as you will be getting more wilderness task. You will get more xp and better drops from the Duradel task because sometimes the monsters you have to kill are bosses like chronozon or Chaos ele. You will also get spectrals, which drop Zuriels, Vesta, and etc, or you could get Revs which drop 3rd age armor. Doing Duradel is what I did from 94-99 slayer, so my suggestion to you would be the same.

Red D-bow: Could do without, adding it would be cool also. No opinion on this.

25k slayer points- Seems a bit pricey too me, just to be assigned them once. Maybe you can lower the points to like 7.5k and with the 7.5k you can unlock future possibilities of getting a GW boss as a task.

Td's- No, they're hard to kill as it is and them not switching prayers that often make them easier to kill.

Wyveryns- I think adding a better drop to them would be better, but not making the bones better than dragon because they're much easier to obtain.

Infernal- I noticed that the seem to never splash either, which is really annoying when you're trying to run past them to a monster.

D bow spec- Yes please, even with the dragon arrows equipped I seem to never hit and if I do it's something small, like a 7-12, or a 27-0
