Suggestions & Ideas / Swap unnoted herbs for noted herbs

Maybe adding a feature to the tool leprechaun(or add a new NPC) where he can swap the herbs in your inventory for noted ones? Possibly making it at a cost of 1000 gp per inventory(POSSIBLY). Cause there isn't a bank too close to the farming patches in south of Falador besides the one up north. And the fact that you bank quite often when harvesting herbs(pick herbs, bank, repeat).

Just a neat little feature that I was thinking about while doing some farm runs...What do you guys think? Sorry if I did not explain it well enough, I hope you know where i'm going at here.

Casting the spell "Stat spy" in the lunar spell book freezes my client. And then I gotta reopen it.

Suggestions & Ideas / Double Barrows loot on dxp weekends

Double loots meaning runes, bolt racks, dragon arrows and darts, but only when there is double experience.

This will probably motivate more people to show up at barrows every weekend.

Maybe adding swamp tar to a boss/enemy drop table would make getting ammo for salamanders more easier?

I just don't like the idea of picking up the tar in the swamp it just bores me to death.

Hopefully adding this will motivate people to use salamanders.

Ive gotten a 60 skeletal wyvern task and half way ive gotten 4 crystal bows, the first two ive gotten on the 14th kill and the rest up until i had 16 kills left. In the wiki it says 1 in 100

And previous task ive gotten a 45 skeletal wyvern task and got 2 c bows. Is this a bug or just pure luck?
