Feedback / Dragon armour defence

IMO it has way too high defence stats for what it is worth.
I was pking with full morrigans(glaivens etc) my z bow hit 0 like 5-8times in a row on a dragon guy.
this was not the first time this happened so I doubt this is coincidence, take a look at it pls

Happened today, still can't atk him.
He killed spectral, I then tried to atk him but splashed, he dug up another spectral and couldn't attack him again.

I couldn't attack him, he could attack me, when the freeze effect of barr ended I could walk to him and start attacking.
He just moved to the next tree and repeated it.
pls fix

So I was killing this guy at spectrals, he just ran to a grave, dug up a spectral and I couldn't atk him.
He could escape cos of this epic feature.
Can you add a rule or something that you can't dig up spectrals in combat?

To clarify: You will not be able to attack a player that is fighting an NPC in a single combat zone in the Wilderness.

This will ruin a lot of multi pking since you won't be able to rush anyone anymore.
Atm is wildernis dead, if this comes wildernis will be even more inactive .
The prices for pvp armour will decrease cos it will be easier to obtain.
Tbh I know that alot of pvmers are making a boogie dance atm but think about us, pkers.
I would like to have the spectrals as they are like now.

Sometimes when you run and tele at the same time the tele animation goes off, you use runes but you don't tele.
This happends with glory amulet alot, it happened with edge tele from ancient book aswell

Hi thomy, I really appreciate that you take effort to fix it but there is still a small issue.
I don't know how to reproduce it.
I was in wildernis, binded a guy, he start walking wanted to rebind and splashed, then started running behind him cos wanted to rebind, while following my characted did like a moonwalk, it went backwards but was still facing the enemy.
this made me lose him, pls look into it, kthnx <3

You can attack people that are rekking spectrals but you can't attack people that are rekking green dragons in wildernis, both zones are non multi thus this makes no sense.
