how about buff the current attack bonus to normal 2h accuracy (around 150 from 120) and make the second hit always a duplicate of the first hit? So that means if you hit 40 with the first hit it'll auto be 40-40. Same for 0, if you hit 0 its 0-0.
Won't it kind of ruin the feeling of the dark bow? i mean you might aswell then just hit an 80 (just making it so hit chance would work as Mary stated), not two 40s.
I'd say it would be way better if it was left how it is supposed to work, but properly, so that it would have some use when pking. Don't take away the charm from it, it is supposed to be a nuke style weapon, though there's the luck based factor whether you can get both of your arrows to hit high.

Finally i found the source of the pain for this 'useless weapon'
when doing 4000+ damage to a training dummy, i never hit above 40. i was using armadyl set + max range bonus, Super ranging and range piety. maxhit was 45 (special 50 50)
however i did hit one  40 with a spec, even that was in about 12 special attacks.
Just to make sure everyone gets my point, as far as i've understood, this is indeed a bug
when i dealt 4000+ dmg to a training dummy, wearing the gear on the screenshot (maxhit 46, 50 [45, 49 on rapid]) I did not hit a single hit higher than a 37 when just shooting and not specing.
When using the spec about 10 times i only managed to hit one 40. not sure whether the spec can actually hit, but the poke on it must be bugged because there is no way i couldn't be lucky eunogh to hit a 40-45 on the dummy...
It got buffed, yet it's still useless. Can we please actually have things checked and tested out before they get released?
Everything aside, it does need an accuracy buff, and i'd say a slight damage nerf. Make it so, that the maxhit would be about 47-49 on Morri's and max range - But please, test it, make sure it ain't busted and broken, neither useless.

I thought of making a suggestion on this, but i would have liked to see a feature similar to ahrim's set effect, exept not as strong. A percentage to make your spell effects more useful. The idea is good imo because it'll make freezes longer, because alot of people (Mainly Peekayers) are whining over it already. The Freeze immunity timer reduction along with the freeze reduction DO NOT go together well.

Well, that was enough off-topic for today. What I wanted to suggest is to lower the timers of the items appearing and disappearing. in the wilderness it should be like 1 minute for you and 1 minute for all until the drop disappears. Outside of wilderness it could be twice as long.
If you are afraid of losing your items, buy a guardian angel.

I agree that the timer is long, buti can't accept this example... So if you killed someone in edgeville wilderness, you began to loot, and some Tryhard comes barraging you with a divine, you'll teleport, and you'll barely have time to switch gears to tank the mage and run back?
I do not agree.


edit2 all seriousness you could probably change it, but will it have any real effect on economy?
GA's will go into priority for Pvmers, escaping from wilderness is already easy eunough. I highly doubt that something would change

According to thomy's changes in the update notes it should also convert dragon bones.

Bones to peaches
Make certain monsters drop bones, so you could use bones to peaches effectively such as godwars bosses, along with the minions, Make dragon bones viable to cast the spell with them

Vengeance
This is something i've wanted for ages, but has never been introduced. Make vengeance work just as eating food does, what i mean by that is that vengeance would activate at the moment you click the spell, visually it might be delayed by the game tick by a little.
Without this feature, a lot of the times i can clearly click vengeance before the hit, yet it actually activates after. This also leads to certain things like venging AFTER you've died (I do know that vengenace won't proc when it's active while the killing blow occurs)

Skilled people can du that without any delay. So gitgud. It was done once, people definitely didn't like it.
Alright, so many people already are saying that "people didn't like it" and what not, but the truth is that people got the impression of it because of how buggy it was. It made you attack you earlier targets completely randomly without you even clickin on them, which quickly got the feature removed. It defineatly got more action and love than hate.
You know who even cares about skill anyway in this game, when people ags/Vs maul prod you from ~80 health, trying to get you to hit their veng at the same time - It's almost as if the stakers are spreading their luck based factor into edgeville.

Suggesting this for the second time, didn't dig out the old topic because i'll try and explain it in another way in this one.
Let's take the most popular granite maul combo as an example - Dharok's axe to double maulspecs. In order to do this, you need to do the following: Click on the opponent with a dharok's axe equipped, switch go granite maul, Click on your opponent, then two clicks on the special attack bar. My suggestion is to get rid of clicking on your opponent, so the combo would be faster and more fluent in a nutshell.
There Was an update, where equipping items didn't cancel combat, but the update quickly bugged out certain things like autocasting spells. Could it be possible to remove combat cancellation from jut the maul? I saw a lot of people suggest numerous times after the update the feature got removed so i thought i'd bring it back.

So i have quite the potato of a computer, screen recorders such as fraps and camtasia lag alot for me when recording something like Ew. Any suggestions how i could reduce the lag/a better - more fluent software for my computer?

General Discussion / Prayer bonus

I got curious as towards how prayer bonus affects the amount of points being used. I managed to get almost the max amount of prayer bonus and I'm wondering how much prayer i will save overtime. In one of the older update notes, there was a buff to the prayer bonus so i have no idea how it functions.
NOTE: in the picture I'm missing 3 prayer bonus because i do not own a Max cape
