If someone gets a tassy and it's notified to the others, that pretty much means doing high stakes should be announced. And i doubt that anyone wants to let out a BC announcing that they won 1 bil stake .

Suggesting for an exp lock to be added into the game. It could come handy for example when i got a pure acc w atk 70/str 99 and i want to go whip pking/pvming without having to continue training my atk lvl. At the moment whip is for only players who go for atk 99 or maxed

I've seen this ''bug'' quite alot. Usually it happens when the client fails to generate the map or piece of code missing. In my case it was so that i was stuck in an area that would't load and i couldn't log in either since it would crash on login. So you should feel lucky you were attacking a npc that killed you and got you out of there
