Help me! / help me to get back my acc

hi im old emps scape player like 8 years ago
my acc name was :king_skillz
some one he stole my acc and changed my email
my email was : **************@hotmail.com
and he got banned .
if staff  can help me to get my acc back I will thankfull to him
