so the items from a few slayer drops are weirdly streched.. i was killing sprit warriors and rune kite now looks like this

Happened for the first time today after many weeks of staking.
My opponent was "done123".
And yeah.. Screenshots are self-explanatory.
I lost alot, I would like to get my items back
