Update Notes / Updates 27/05/2015

Hey guys,

The main update of today is the client (it updates when you restart it). The game client has received a new background, special thanks to Mary for the picture. Moreover, I've improved the ::vbomode a little bit more and fixed clicking issues on objects (normal mode, ::vbomode still has bugged clicking on objects). The first person mode has also received better camera management, meaning that clicking on the ground and objects actually works from this perspective now. If you don't know what the ::vbomode is, you can read more about it here: https://emps-world.net/forum/index.php?topic=10678.0

Following things were changed:
  • Darts and knives maxhits were reduced. They were giving too many high hits in a short amount of time.
  • Magic watering can is now usable on saplings.
  • White berry bush works again.
  • Dragon pickaxe special attack fixed. It used to require 25%, although it should be 20%.
  • Castle-Wars waiting timer in lobby is now displayed again.
  • Magic shortbow special attack hits twice again.
  • Client sprite cache updated. You'll no longer find raw images in your cache folder. This also means, that customizations of your gameframe will no longer work. Please don't take this personal, but we would like to have the same game for everyone when it comes to uploading videos and screenshots.
  • Background changes are now fading. If you enter a dungeon, the background slowly goes from white to black instead of doing it within 1 frame.

On top of that, there have been many bug fixes thanks to your reports! :)

All the best,
Thomy
