We are looking to make Emps as rare as possible right?  Ive never in my whole experience of RS or RSPS seen a tramsformer guy transferring items..

Lets add pink fat hippos that fly around the map and kill a random player every hour, not a single rsps has that...
OT:
There is no need in such a thing if you can just open a 2nd client and transfer those items.
@Bubblebeam2 Having 2clients open is not illegal in any way

Also, who makes the decisions on the staff team? it doesn't seem very good that a high admin and several other members of the staff team are saying lolwut or thanking posts that are laughing at this decision.

u see, i need a good item, lol, 5hours kbd, only rune items or dragon....its time wasting. I want stake duel arena, because without duel arena i dont' see anything more interesting things in this server... Maybe when has chreate grand exange, i was play this server, but i not really yet ready to stay 5-7hours in falador to sell anything...
